Keep your arm fully extended and your wrist in a neutral position before starting the stretch to avoid any undue pressure on the wrist joint.
How-to-do Steps
- Extend your arm in front of you with your palm facing down.
- Use your opposite hand to gently press down on the outside of your hand, directing your hand towards the ulnar side (little finger side).
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other side.
