How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a bench and hold an EZ-bar with an underhand grip, wrists resting on your knees or a flat surface.
- Curl the bar upwards by flexing your wrists.
- Lower the bar back down to the starting position with a controlled motion.
- Keep your forearms still throughout the exercise.
