How-to-do Steps
- Stand or sit with your arms extended in front of you at shoulder height.
- Make tight fists with both hands.
- Rotate your fists clockwise for a set number of rotations.
- Rotate your fists counterclockwise for the same number of rotations.
- Repeat for the desired number of sets.
