How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright holding an EZ-bar with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Rest your forearms on a flat bench or your thighs, so that your wrists hang over the edge.
- Curl the bar upwards by flexing your wrists and squeezing your forearms.
- Lower the bar back down with control to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
