How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand, palm facing inwards.
- Rest your forearm on your thigh with your wrist just beyond your knee.
- Curl the dumbbell towards your bicep by flexing your wrist.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
