How-to-do Steps
- Attach a straight bar to a low pulley and sit on a bench or chair.
- Grasp the bar with an underhand grip and rest your forearms on your thighs or a flat surface.
- Curl your wrists up as far as possible without moving your forearms.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
