How-to-do Steps
- Attach a straight bar to a low pulley cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine, grab the bar with an overhand grip, and step back slightly.
- With arms extended and a slight bend in the elbows, roll your wrists towards your body.
- Slowly reverse the motion, rolling your wrists away from your body.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
