How-to-do Steps

  1. Position yourself face down on the leverage machine with your hips secured under the pads.
  2. Place your feet on the platform and secure them with the foot pads.
  3. Cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head.
  4. Lower your upper body down to start the movement.
  5. Lift your torso by extending your back until it is in line with your lower body.
  6. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
