Keep your torso stationary and pull with your lats rather than your arms to maximize lat engagement.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand in the center of a cable crossover station with the pulleys set above your head.
- Grab each handle with the opposite hand (right hand grabs left pulley and vice versa).
- With a slight bend in your elbows, pull the handles down and across your body to hip level.
- Slowly return the handles back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
