Cable Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown

How-to-do Steps

  1. Sit at a lat pulldown machine with the cable pulley set above head height.
  2. Grasp the handle with a close grip, palms facing each other.
  3. Lean back slightly and pull the handle down to your upper chest.
  4. Pause and squeeze your lats at the bottom of the movement.
  5. Slowly return the handle to the starting position with arms fully extended.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
