How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides.
- Swing one arm forward and the opposite leg back, keeping the knee bent.
- Quickly drive the swung back knee forward while swinging the opposite arm back.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
