How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Step to the side with one foot, bending the knee slightly as you go.
- As you step, reach across your body with the opposite arm to touch the stepping foot.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
