How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump up, spreading your feet wider than shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms overhead in a smooth motion.
- As you land, immediately transition into a traditional jumping jack by bringing your arms down to shoulder height while jumping your feet back together.
- Continue alternating between the overhead jack and the traditional jumping jack for the desired number of repetitions or time.
