Use the momentum from your squat to help drive the kettlebells overhead, keeping the movement fluid.
How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in front of each shoulder.
- Lower into a squat position.
- As you stand up, press the kettlebells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower the kettlebells back to your shoulders as you descend into the next squat.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
