How-to-do Steps

  1. Lie on your back with your legs straight up towards the ceiling and arms out to the sides for balance.
  2. Lower your legs to one side, keeping them straight and together, going as far as you can while keeping the opposite shoulder on the ground.
  3. Bring your legs back to the center and then lower them to the other side.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
