How-to-do Steps
- Kneel on the floor facing a wall with the ab wheel in your hands.
- Place the ab wheel on the floor and roll it towards the wall while keeping your back straight and core tight.
- Roll out until the wheel touches the wall or as far as you can maintain form.
- Use your core to pull the wheel back towards your knees.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
