How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet lifted, and hold a weight with both hands in front of your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your abs.
- Twist your torso to the right, bringing the weight beside your right hip.
- Return to the center and then twist to the left.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
