How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head without interlocking your fingers.
- Lift your shoulders off the floor and twist your torso to bring your right elbow towards your left knee.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
