How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
- Hold your fists up near your chin in a boxing stance.
- Punch your right fist diagonally across your body while pivoting on your left foot.
- Bring your fist back and repeat with the left fist, pivoting on your right foot.
- Continue alternating punches with torso twists for the desired duration.
