How-to-do Steps
- Kneel on the ground and hold the suspension handles with your arms extended beneath your shoulders.
- Slowly lean forward, rolling your arms out in front of you while keeping your body in a straight line from knees to head.
- Extend as far as you can without arching your back, then use your core to pull yourself back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
