How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands behind your head.
  2. Step back with one foot and lower your knee to the ground in a kneeling position.

  4. Return to the upright kneeling position.
  5. Step your back foot forward to return to the starting position.
