How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend one arm out to the side at shoulder height.
- Slowly circle your arm forward for several repetitions.
- Reverse the direction and circle your arm backward for the same number of repetitions.
- Repeat with the opposite arm.
