How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place your hands behind your head or extend them out to the sides.
- Slowly slide your right hand down the side of your leg, bending at the waist to the right.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the left side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
