How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Perform a deep squat, keeping your heels on the ground and back straight.
- Place your left hand on the ground in front of you and twist your torso to the right, extending your right arm towards the ceiling.
- Hold the twist for a few seconds, then return to the squat position.
- Repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
