How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell horizontally with both hands in front of you.
- Extend your arms straight out, keeping the dumbbell at chest level.
- Rotate your torso to the right, pivoting on your left foot as you extend the dumbbell out to the side.
- Bring the dumbbell back to center and then rotate to the left, pivoting on your right foot.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
