How-to-do Steps
- Lie on the floor with your head under the Smith machine bar and your feet flat on the ground.
- Grasp the bar for stability and keep your arms straight.
- Engage your abs and lift your hips off the ground by pressing your heels into the floor.
- Raise your hips until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
- Lower your hips back to the starting position without touching the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
