How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet together and hands in a guard position near your chin.
- Step to the side with one foot and simultaneously punch forward with the opposite hand.
- Quickly bring your foot back to the starting position and your hand back to guard.
- Repeat on the other side and continue alternating for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
