Keep your hips square and stable on the ball to ensure the twist comes from your torso and not your hips.
How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
- Extend your arms out to the sides or place your hands behind your head.
- Rotate your torso to one side, keeping your hips facing forward.
- Hold the twist for a few seconds, then rotate to the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
