How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat.
- Lean back slightly to engage your core.
- Lift your feet off the floor for an added challenge.
- Clasp your hands together and twist your torso to one side.
- 'Punch' your hands towards the side you're twisting to.
- Twist to the other side and repeat the 'punch'.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
