How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides.
- Bring your knees up towards your chest.
- Slowly lower your knees to one side, keeping your shoulders on the floor.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the center.
- Lower your knees to the opposite side and hold.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
