How-to-do Steps

  1. Lie on your back with your arms extended out to the sides.
  2. Bring your knees up towards your chest.
  3. Slowly lower your knees to one side, keeping your shoulders on the floor.
  4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the center.
  5. Lower your knees to the opposite side and hold.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
