How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head or across your chest.
- Engage your abs and lift your upper body about a quarter of the way up.
- Pause at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
