How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet lifted off the ground.
- Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of your chest.
- Lean back slightly to engage your abs.
- Twist your torso to the right, bringing the medicine ball towards the floor beside you.
- Twist back to the center and then to the left side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
