  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended upwards and arms reaching towards your feet.
  2. Crunch up, reaching your hands towards your toes while keeping your lower back pressed to the floor.
  3. Slowly lower your upper body back down to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
