How-to-do Steps
- Lie flat on your back with your legs straight and hands under your glutes for support.
- Engage your core and lift your legs up towards the ceiling until they are perpendicular to the floor.
- Slowly lower your legs back down without letting them touch the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
