How-to-do Steps
- Lie flat on your back with your hands by your sides or under your glutes for support.
- Keep your legs together and straight, then lift them off the ground slightly.
- Tuck your knees into your chest while lifting your hips off the floor.
- Slowly extend your legs back to the starting position without letting them touch the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
