How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower into a half squat position.
- Explosively jump up and twist your body to one side in mid-air.
- Land softly back into the half squat position facing the opposite direction.
- Repeat the movement, alternating the twist direction with each jump.
