How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and hold a dumbbell with both hands.
- Lean back slightly and lift your legs off the floor, balancing on your sit bones.
- Twist your torso to one side, bringing the dumbbell towards the floor beside you.
- Rotate to the opposite side, moving the dumbbell in a controlled manner.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
