How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows wide.
- Lift your chest towards the ceiling, then rotate your torso to bring one elbow towards the opposite knee.
- Lower back down to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
