How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides.
  2. Lift your heels off the ground, rising onto the balls of your feet while raising your arms in front of you.
  3. At the top of the calf raise, clap your hands once.
  4. Lower your heels back to the ground and bring your arms back to your sides.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
