How-to-do Steps
- Attach a single handle to a cable machine at mid-torso level.
- Stand sideways to the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grasp the handle with both hands and extend your arms.
- Rotate your torso away from the machine, keeping your arms straight.
- Return to the starting position with controlled movement.
