How-to-do Steps
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on a stability ball.
- Extend your arms out to the sides for balance.
- Roll the ball to one side by rotating your hips, while keeping your shoulders flat on the ground.

- Repeat the twist to the opposite side.
