How-to-do Steps

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Quickly extend your ankles, knees, and hips to jump upwards.
  3. While in the air, tuck your knees and bring your heels towards your glutes.
  4. Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately spring back up for the next jump.
  5. Continue the toe jumps for the desired number of repetitions or time.
