How-to-do Steps
- Lie face down on the floor with your arms extended in front of you.
- Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the floor as high as possible.
- Reach forward with your hands as if you are trying to touch the wall in front of you.
- Hold the position for a few seconds, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
