How-to-do Steps
- Stand with feet together and arms by your sides.
- Jump your feet out wide while simultaneously raising your arms overhead, forming a star shape with your body.
- Squat down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, keeping your weight on your heels.
- Press through your heels to jump back to the starting position, lowering your arms to your sides.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
