How-to-do Steps
- Stand facing a wall with one foot in front of the other.
- Place your hands on the wall for support.
- Keep the back leg straight and heel firmly on the ground.
- Lean forward into the wall until you feel a stretch in the calf of the back leg.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch legs.
