How-to-do Steps
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend your arms out to the sides at shoulder height, elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Bring your elbows in front of you to 'clap' without letting your hands touch.
- Open your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
