How-to-do Steps
- Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, near a wall or sturdy object for balance.
- Lift your heels off the ground, rising onto your toes and contracting your calf muscles.
- Hold the contraction briefly at the top, then slowly lower your heels back to the floor.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
