How-to-do Steps
- Sit on a stability ball with your feet flat on the floor.
- Slowly walk your feet forward as you allow your back to lie flat on the ball.
- Extend your arms overhead and allow your back to gently arch over the ball.
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
- Walk your feet back towards the ball and sit up to release the stretch.
