How-to-do Steps
- Sit on the leg press machine and place the balls of your feet on the lower portion of the platform.
- Press up to lift the weight, keeping your knees slightly bent.
- Lower the weight by bending at the ankles and allowing your calves to stretch.
- Push through the balls of your feet to extend your ankles and lift the weight.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
