How-to-do Steps
- Sit with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
- Gently tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
- Extend your left arm out to the side at shoulder height for a counterbalance.
- Hold for 15-30 seconds, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
